Boryeong Asian Cup

The Asian Sailing Federation (ASAF) Boryeong Asian Cup was contested in July with 13 teams from Asia/Australasia & Europe with a mixture of J/70 sailors, National Sailing League Teams & Combined 470/49er Olympic reps & aspirants sailing with their Olympic Coaches on board. Team Madness was also there from Australia.

Celestial takes Bronze in Italy

Congratulations to Celestial’s Sam Haynes, Locky Pryor, Sam Abel, Tom Grimes and coach, David Chapman, who have placed 3rd in the 2023 Corinthian J/70 World Cup.

RSYS Winter series J70 Act 1

Sam Hayne’s Celestial was the clear winner in the J/70 Sydney Harbour Winter Series Act 1 raced last weekend.

J/70 VIC State Championships

The J/70 Victorian State Titles have be run and won. Hosted by Sandringham Yacht Club there were 11 races over 3 days.

J/70 Twilight racing

Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron hosted four nights of twilight sprint racing in early December as a warm up event for the J/70 NSW State Championships.
