Notice is hereby given for the purposes of rule 26 of the Association’s constitution (Constitution) that an annual general meeting of members of the Association will be held as follows:

Business
1. Welcome and President’s address
2. Approval of the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting
3. Receipt of any committee reports on the activities of the Association during the last preceding financial year
4. To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a special resolution of members of the Association: “In Rule 14(5) of the Constitution, delete “two (2)” and replace it with “four (4)”.
5. Election of office bearers of the Association and ordinary committee members
6. Receipt and consideration of any financial statement or report required to be submitted to members under the Associations Incorporation Act
7. General business
